We make proper pies with pastry on the bottom, double crust! None of this lazy casserole with a pastry lid business ! The pie workshops are down to earth, and fun, will give you confidence in the kitchen and a good old laugh – You will learn how to make the filling and the pastry effortlessly with my easy secrets and tips.
Britain was a nation of great pie makers, somehow we’ve lost the art, lets put Britain on the map again.

This is a very popular and unique event. The event starts with welcoming snacks and refreshments, then its apron and bakers hats on, teaming up to make your individual pies from scratch (including the pastry) using the best sourced ingredients. As an extra we also make some easy sweet tartlets to nibble on.
While your pies are baking in the oven, you can relax with a fun Pie Quiz; prizes are awarded at dinner where you can enjoy your hard work together with a side of buttery lemon green beans and a beer or wine.

Fun informative hands on class, making everything from scratch (Inc the pastry). Pie feast after baking with Greens, Beer or Wine. Pie Quiz and prices. Make deep filled individual savoury pies and some sweet tartlets.

CANCELLATION POLICY Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the date you have booked. If you cancel within a shorter notice the cancellation fee will be 35% of the amount paid. For cancellations made the day before or day of the booking date you will be charged the full amount of the class, meaning you cannot re-book your class, you are however very welcome to send someone along in your place.
